Before I started health coaching with Kristin I was focused on my weight, I was not liking parts of my body and had a negative self talk about that. I was also stressed out because of work. My goal was to lose weight and to decrease my stress level. At the end of the the program I was a changed person. My overall well being became my priority. I changed my mindset about my body and started loving it and appreciating it. I gained awareness of my hunger and fullness. I created healthy alternatives for snacking and sugar cravings. I understood the role the food played in my life and changed my life in a way that the food did not have to fulfil my unmet needs of control, achievement and excitement. I gained the habit of regular exercise. But the most important of all I started making myself a priority. Continued ……
